**The Role

 

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for someone to join our HR Team.   The role will require someone to manage, plan and oversee all office moves including managing the logistics and stakeholder engagement.  You will also be required to manage and update floor plans, review and maximise office space.  The role will also manage the budget for all office moves to ensure that the moves are within scope, managing relevant timelines and external vendors.  You will also be responsible for the management of company leased property ensuring that service providers are providing value for money for all services, and the role is also responsible for providing management information.

 

**About You

 

Our ideal candidate should have previous significant experience of working in a similar role, establishing excellent working relationship with vendors and stakeholders.  You should have strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and be able to remain calm when under pressure.  You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and problem-solving capabilities.

 

You should be highly organised, have an excellent attention to detail as well as be able to work independently and within a team.  Excellent IT skills and be able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
