About the Role
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about improving how businesses operate? Join our Assurance team as a Graduate and play a key role in supporting risk, audit, and compliance projects. You’ll work on initiatives that ensure our business adheres to industry standards while continuously improving internal controls and operational effectiveness.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting assurance audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.
- Assisting in analysing internal processes and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Working with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Contributing to reports and presentations for senior leadership.
About You
- Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in Business, Economics or Law or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Interest in corporate governance, compliance, or audit.
