As a graduate in one of our key business areas, you will:
- Purchasing & Supply: Gain exposure to procurement, supplier management, and strategic sourcing. You will support the team in driving cost-effective solutions and managing supplier relationships.
- Communications & Marketing: Work alongside marketing professionals to develop campaigns, manage content, and strengthen our brand presence across various platforms.
- Logistics: Assist with the coordination of logistics operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, and distribution planning.
- Economics, Planning & Scheduling: Support in strategic forecasting, resource allocation, and the optimisation of schedules to improve operational efficiency and meet business targets. You will work with teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure seamless execution of business plans.

**About You
We are looking for graduates who have a keen interest in business and a passion for one of the following areas: Purchasing & Supply, Marketing & Communications, Logistics, or Economics & Planning. While your degree discipline doesn't have to be directly related, we expect a minimum 2:1 degree and a strong interest in applying your knowledge to business operations.
You are proactive, enthusiastic, and ready to learn. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are able to work well with teams across different departments. You excel at juggling multiple priorities and adapting swiftly to a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities are key to your success in this role. Whether analysing data, managing supplier relationships, or supporting marketing campaigns, you are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the business’s overall success.
