** The Role
Graduate Programme 2025 - a three-year programme, consisting of internal placements designed to provide a breadth of exposure across a focus of the business. The rotational style of the programme is designed to give you a rounded view and exposure within the Technology function of the business, whilst allowing you the opportunity to learn, understand and support the functions you operate within during your programme. Your Graduate Programme will be designed to allow you to get a deep insight into the workings and processes of the Production Units and responsibilities of the chemical engineers on site, supporting the refinery unit production such as monitoring and assessing refinery units’ performance and providing technical advice and recommendations.
The Graduate programme is accredited by the Institution of Chemical Engineers and Graduates are actively encouraged to work towards Chartered Status with the IChemE. You will be assigned an IChemE Chartered mentor from within Technology who will support you in taking the first steps towards Chartership.
This programme will allow the successful Graduate to see the process life cycle of our products, as well as providing solid technical knowledge as the foundation for a successful career at EET Fuels.
**About You
Our ideal candidate will be a Graduate with a relevant Degree in a related field with at least a 2:1 Grading. Our ideal candidates will be highly driven, dedicated and focused individuals, who are willing to learn and develop within EET Fuels. They will be required to be highly literate, with exceptional IT skills in Microsoft programmes.
Successful candidates will be required to be confident communicators, both in written and verbal styles, and hold the confidence to present to a wide variety of Stakeholders; both internally and externally. Resilience and willingness to take responsibility will be highly sought after characteristics within our successful candidate.
