Graduate Programme - a three-year programme, consisting of internal placements designed to provide a breadth of exposure across a focus of the business. The rotational style of the programme is designed to give you a rounded view and exposure within the Technology function of the business, whilst allowing you the opportunity to learn, understand and support the functions you operate within during your programme.  Your Graduate Programme will be designed to allow you to get a deep insight into the workings and processes of the Production Units and responsibilities of the chemical engineers on site, supporting the refinery unit production such as monitoring and assessing refinery units’ performance and providing technical advice and recommendations.
