**The Role

Non-Rotational Graduate Programme- a three-year program that focuses within a specific skillset area. There will be a range of internal moves within the specific Departments but not within a wider Company. These Graduate Schemes are designed to grow and develop core skillset and associated learnings.

You will join a busy team core to the operation of the business. Over the three-year duration you will spend time in a variety of roles covering Civil Assurance, Projects, Design, Inspection & Integrity engineering functions. The program is designed to provide exposure to the wide range of activities that each department is involved in and provide wider exposure to the business operations. It will develop your technical skills in, amongst others, safety critical systems, legislative compliance, plant & equipment design, maintenance & inspection.

One of the primary focuses will involve support of a running production unit. This provides a highly varied and challenging experience with responsibility for a wide range of equipment and business requirements. This provides an excellent opportunity to not only enhance technical skills but also to work with other disciplines across the business to resolve genuine business challenges. It will also introduce the legal and regulatory requirements for the business, such as COMAH requirements and management of change.

The placements will also give opportunity to develop non-technical skills, including planning & organisation, problem solving, making decisions and many others.
