**The Role

Non-rotational Graduate Programme – a three-year program that focuses within a specific skillset area. These Graduate Schemes are designed to grow and develop a core skillset and associated learnings.

You will join a busy team core to the operation of the business. The program is designed to provide exposure to the wide range of activities that the department is involved in and also provide wider exposure to the business operations. Another primary focus involves working within the electrical team supporting the team’s subject matter experts in all aspects of electrical engineering, involving design, construction and maintenance. This will be an excellent environment to continue to build your skillset in all aspects of electrical personal and process safety and regulatory compliance, alongside those required to ensure electrical supply availability and reliability within a large-scale manufacturing facility.

Additional placements will build on the knowledge gained and can focus on a number of areas such as project development or control systems. These placements are agreed based on business requirements and the development needs and aspirations of the individual.
