Graduate Programme


EET Fuels (Trading names of Essar Oil UK Limited) are offering two types of Graduate programmes. Rotational and Non Rotational- the HR Graduate Programme is a Non-rotational Graduate Programme - which focuses within a specific skillset area. There will be a range of internal moves within the specific Departments but not within a wider Company. These Graduate Schemes are designed to grow and develop a core skillset and associated learnings.  


You will join a small and busy team and over the three year duration will spend dedicated time in learning and development, HR business partnering and HR services. This will provide a rounded HR experience to develop skills and understanding for solid grounding for a HR Career.


EET Fuels are currently at the beginning of starting many exciting projects to achieve a more sustainable future, for which HR are key players! The Graduate will support the SME's in these projects to gain insight and experience in all aspects of HR.


**About You


Our ideal candidate will be a Graduate with a relevant Degree in a related field with at least a 2:1 Grading. Our ideal candidates will be highly driven, dedicated and focused individuals, who are willing to learn and develop within Essar. They will be required to be highly literate, with exceptional IT skills in Microsoft programmes.


Successful candidates will be required to be confident communicators, both in written and verbal styles, and hold the confidence to present to a wide variety of stakeholders; both internally and externally. Resilience and willingness to take responsibility will be highly sought after characteristics within our successful candidate.


Please note candidates who pass the first screening stage will be required to attend an onsite selection day in Spring 2024.
