The Role

Non-Rotational Graduate Programme - This programme focuses on developing the key HSSE and regulatory skills needed to provide effective support and advice to site production units and the wider business. You will join our site HSSE team, gaining valuable experience in how an Upper Tier COMAH site identifies, assesses, and manages risks across all HSSE areas—ensuring these risks are reduced to As Low As Reasonably Practicable (ALARP), in accordance with legal requirements for the safe and compliant operation of the site.

The role will also focus on work within the Process Safety team, providing you with a strong grounding in how process safety principles are applied to manage major accident hazards.

Although not a rotational programme, there will be opportunities to carry out assignments across different areas of the Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) team, to give you deeper exposure to related functions such as environmental, human factors and emergency response planning. The role will involve both working on projects and also day-to-day operational support relating to all aspects of safety, environmental and health risk identification and assessment such that they can be effectively managed.
