About the Role
Are you passionate about people, workplace culture, and driving continuous improvement? Join us as a Graduate HR Assistant and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of HR specialisms including Talent Acquisition, Transformation & Reward, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. This rotational programme is designed to give you a broad foundation in HR, helping you explore your interests, build your skills, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape the employee experience.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Rotate through key HR areas to develop a well-rounded understanding of the function.
- Support initiatives that promote employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion.
- Assist in enhancing recruitment, onboarding, and development programmes.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of impactful learning and development activities.
- Help improve HR systems and processes, using data to generate insights.
- Collaborate on change management and HR business improvement projects.
About You
- Our ideal candidate will be a graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related subject with at least a 2:1 Grading.
- A confident communicator with a people-first mindset and a passion for growth.
- Organised, proactive, and enthusiastic about continuous improvement.
- Curious about all aspects of HR—from policy and culture to development and strategy.
