**The Role

 

Following the success of our recent acquisitions and the launch of our company leased dealer operated (CLDO) business model for our retail business, we have ambitious plans to accelerate the growth of our Essar retail brand and rapidly scale up our forecourt network across the country.

 

With a fresh approach to forecourt retailing and seamless integration with our Stanlow refinery which is set to become the UK’s first low carbon process refinery, we’re redefining forecourt experiences and transforming filling stations into hubs of community convenience with the brands and services customers want and need.

 

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Administrative Assistant to join our Retail team.  This role entails providing comprehensive administrative support to the Retail department. Responsibilities include coordinating events, managing purchase orders, handling vendor documents, overseeing IT platforms, assisting with training initiatives, and managing various administrative projects. Principal Accountabilities:

 

Administrative-

 

Coordinate-

  • vendor/brand agreement process with all stakeholders facilitating Signatures etc.
  • PO/Invoicing process.
  • Annual event plan.
  • Industry liaison/coordination (ACS, PRA, etc).
  • Set up Cost centres/allocate budgets and payments /gl accounts.
  • Vendor set-up process.
  • General retail data enquiries.
  • Site onboardings tasks.
  • Sales Reporting
  • Minute taking in meetings.
  • Meeting prep, room bookings and
  • Event logistics
  • Reasonable management requests

 

CR Information Systems-

  • Store IQ
  • CRM
  • Vendor platforms
  • Microsoft Office
  • Head office reports on epos system.

 

Marketing-

  • Provide support to CR Manager with marketing activities such as: activations, boot camps, advertising, coordination with agency, supply of promotional material/package, coordination with brands and other marketing initiatives.

 

Projects-

  • Provide support to CR Manager/Head of Operations with additional projects relating to continuous improvement of the area.

Qualification-

 

  • Essential- -  Studies in business administration or related fields.

 

Experience

 

  • Administrative work experience.
