The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Territory Manager – DODO Operations will oversee the day‑to‑day performance and operational management of dealer‑operated sites across a national territory within the EET Retail network. Acting as the primary operational contact for dealers, this role ensures full compliance with brand standards, contractual requirements, operational procedures, and HSE obligations. The Territory Manager will support dealers in meeting performance targets, resolving operational challenges, maintaining safe and compliant site environments, and delivering a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
- Execute the DODO operational strategy across assigned territories
- Carry out regular site visits to ensure standards, safety and performance targets are met
- Support rollout of new systems, tools and operational processes
- Ensure compliance with contractual, brand and HSE requirements
- Monitor and analyse site performance (volumes, margins, customer metrics)
- Identify performance gaps and work with dealers on improvement plans
- Resolve operational issues quickly and escalate critical risks when needed
- Support onboarding, transitions and capability building for dealers
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with dealers
- Act as the first point of contact for dealer queries and compliance reviews
- Communicate expectations clearly on policies, standards and performance
- Represent EET Retail professionally to reinforce brand integrity
- Provide timely reporting on performance, operational issues and compliance
- Maintain accurate records of visits, audits and follow‑up actions
- Share insights to support data‑driven decisions
- Track adoption of digital and operational initiatives
- Ensure dealer sites meet all HSE policies and legal requirements
- Conduct operational audits and drive completion of corrective actions
- Promote safety‑first behaviour
- Deliver accurate HSSE reporting and escalate risks appropriately
- Support implementation of cost‑efficient operational practices
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Help optimise vendor usage and service delivery
- Encourage adoption of digital tools and reporting platforms
- Provide basic coaching to dealers on digital systems
- Escalate digital issues to IT/Digitalisation teams
- Willingness to travel extensively across the national DODO network
About You
Our ideal candidate will bring a solid background in fuel retail operations, dealer management, or multi‑site operational roles, with a strong understanding of operational standards, safety requirements, and retail processes. Ideally, you’ll hold a degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, though this isn’t essential. You’re confident managing external partners and customer‑facing operational relationships, building strong working connections, and negotiating effectively. Commercially aware and analytically minded, you communicate clearly with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Resilient, highly professional, and comfortable working independently, you’re also willing to travel extensively to support the needs of the role.
