**The Role

 

Following the success of our recent acquisitions and the launch of our company leased dealer operated (CLDO) business model for our retail business, we have ambitious plans to accelerate the growth of our Essar retail brand and rapidly scale up our forecourt network across the country.

 

With a fresh approach to forecourt retailing and seamless integration with our Stanlow refinery which is set to become the UK’s first low carbon process refinery, we’re redefining forecourt experiences and transforming filling stations into hubs of community convenience with the brands and services customers want and need.

 

Join our Retail team for an exciting opportunity as a Trade Marketing Implementor! The role would be responsible for driving marketing initiatives to boost top-line growth and enhance brand awareness across the retail network. Lead tactical campaigns to elevate brand visibility. Support the development and implementation of brand plan initiatives to optimize revenue, margins, and market share for EET Fuels.

 

Additionally, assist in executing the country's convenience store strategic plan with a primary focus on implementing tactical pricing, promotion, and merchandise presentation strategies.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

 

  • Drive tactical implementation of CVPs ensuring product range is matching customer needs.

 

  • Lead event planning development to ensure maximus exposure of the brand at Trade Shows and Retail network forums.

 

  • Participate in the creation of campaigns to launch of new offerings (Product or services)

 

  • Ensure brand consistency across advertising and campaigns across all retail sites.

 

  • Lead above the line and below the line marketing initiatives seeking to drive volume up and improving brand awareness.

 

  • Lead market research campaigns aimed at understanding customer needs seeking to develop strategies to improve Essar net promoter score.

 

  • Leverage customer trends and market research to create strategies that will change how customers perceive the brand.

 

  • Lead digital marketing campaign ensuring Essar web message is in tune with segments CVPs.

 

  • Provide support to Retail Area Operations Managers and CR Manager with additional projects relating to continuous improvement of the retail sites.

 

 

**About You

 

Job Knowledge, Skills, And Experience:

 

Qualification-

 

  • Preferred-   bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related areas. Master’s in Marketing or Brand management preferred.

 

Experience

 

  • Experience in trade marketing / event planning.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of market trends and consumer behaviour.
