About the Role
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to play a central role in delivering technical and development training across the Stanlow site and associated businesses. Working closely with the Learning & Development team, you will coordinate learning activity, support strategic development initiatives and ensure training systems, records and processes remain robust, compliant and effective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating off-the-job training, e-learning and development programmes across the business.
- Managing training schedules, provider relationships and onsite delivery of external learning activities.
- Acting as super user for the learning management system, maintaining accurate training records and reporting.
- Supporting apprentices, graduates, work experience placements and early careers initiatives.
- Monitoring training budgets, supplier spend and learning effectiveness.
- Working with business stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective learning solutions.
- Supporting governance, compliance and competency assurance activities across the site.

About You
You are an organised learning and development professional who enjoys turning business training requirements into practical, measurable learning solutions. Comfortable working across a complex operational environment, you can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and use data to drive continuous improvement.
You will bring:
- Experience in a Learning & Development role, ideally supporting both technical and professional development programmes.
- Experience coordinating training delivery and working with external training providers.
- Strong administration, planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using and maintaining learning management systems and training records.
- The ability to analyse learning data, monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Confident communication skills and the credibility to work with managers, subject matter experts and training partners.
- A Level 3 or 5 qualification in Learning & Development, HR or a related discipline.
